The International Institute of Risk and
Safety Management (IIRSM) was established in 1975 as a
professional body for health and safety practitioners. It was
created to advance professional standards in accident prevention
and occupational health throughout the world.
Over the last three decades IIRSM has grown from a collective group of UK health and safety professionals to a thriving International Institute spanning over 70 countries.
Safety and Security go hand in hand in ensuring the Safety, Security, Health and Well-being of everyone both in the workplace and in society.
The Director of UK SMART Ltd has been accepted as a Full Member of the Institute of Accident Investigators The Director said he was pleased to be granted Full Membership through the Grandfather Rights Process and would encourage other safety practitioners joining the organisation, to gain greater knowledge and develop further skills on accident investigations.

This is a new register set up to assist Businesses to ensure that the Safety Consultant they have approached for information advice and guidance are competent to do so. By Safety Consultant being on the register it provides a bench mark on the quality of the service businesses can expect. Further information can be found at www.oshcr.org
From the 1st of March the ASA’s online remit will be extended to
cover marking communications on organisation’s own websites and in
other non- paid- for space under their control. Further

The Director of UK SMART Ltd. has assisted two government organisations in achieving the British Safety Council’s International Safety Award.
This is a great achievement for the organisations in the development and continuous improvement of its health and safety management systems and for UK Smart Ltd to have been able to provide the support and direction to enable the award to have been achieved.

SMART Ltd.
AB Training Services started in 2008 as a sole trader set up what
is now UK SMART Ltd (Safety Management And Risk Training) in May
2009.
After a year of providing Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and First
Aid Training / Assessing the proprietor decided to set up as a
limited company to provide an additional product A Safety
Consultancy Service.
Since 2008 the business has been growing and has now built up a
comprehensive portfolio of training and a range of highly
satisfied customers.
UK SMART Ltd (Safety Management And Risk Training) was formed in
2009 and now offer the following training packages on a local,
