hotel, and warehouse industries and with others in the Public, Education and
Care Sectors.
Helping them to manage and implement their Health and Safety Management
Systems
UK SMART Ltd Provided a number of health and safety, first aid training and
food hygiene courses for the leisure companies and the public sector, which
has helped it to improve on reducing its levels of reporting of accidents /
incidents.
UK SMART Ltd has built up further practical skills and knowledge not only
through hands on activities but through continual personal development
within the company.
We have provided Colleges and training providers both in the private and
public sector with assurance visits (audits) of their safety systems and
running Toolbox Workshops.
UK SMART Ltd Chairs a regional safety group and as represented the East of
England and East Midland Regions at National Forums and attends the Essex
Local Authority Safety Group were we share best practices. Both public and
private give health and safety presentations these have included HSE
Inspector, EHO’s, Child Protection Officer and Fire Safety Officer
We have provided training on behalf of other training organisations which
has included the Ipswich Town Community Group and Park Royal Work Force.
We have provided a consultancy service to a leisure company for IIP status
and achieved for it the Investors in People Award.
UK SMART Ltd has worked on with clients using the following safety standards
OHSAS 18001, HSG65 and ISO 9001 as part of the safety management systems.
